My Videos Won't Play or have Audio Issues

Video Issues

Having trouble Playing videos?  Is the sound off or no sound at all?  Will the video just not play?  We have seen most issues be fixed by downloading and using the free VLC Player here - https://www.videolan.org/vlc/

The player is available for all major operating systems and works great.

Audio Sync Issues
